Part of your practice standards includes doing internal audits which should be an ongoing process. All audits are in proportion to your business and operations. There have been constant changes to the practice standards (34 in November 2021 alone) and many operational guidelines that have changed but are not known widely in the industry. You need to be compliant AT THE TIME of any audit. This means you are showing how you have been compliant in between audits. Are you prepared for this? Do you know all the changes and have been responsive to them? If not your business is at high risk. The more hours you use the longer the hourly rate gets. With a minimum of 48 hrs notice you can change the service to the equivalent amount you have paid and this is valid for up to 3 months from the date of your original booking. Only one cancellation per payment is accepted. It is your responsibility to rebook the service and is subject to availability.
