Mediation of complaints /disputes at work, staff or with a Participant
Service Description
We provide comprehensive consultation and conciliation service for all disability and community matters. Available Australia wide 7 days a week, via virtual meetings There are many circumstances we can assist with including: - Disputes about service provision (the NDIS Practice Standards call for all complaints to be managed through to resolution) - Group home disputes between residents, let's get that sorted out - Investigating incidence, independent investigation on circumstances, action plans and identifying areas for improvement - Community consultation - Co-design consultation - Continuous improvement facilitation Documentation / agreements will be completed following meetings as appropriate for the situation. Pre / post consultation and time spent drawing up documentation or any other administrative work will be charged separately at $190 / hour. All costs must be prepaid prior to completion. We provide a 30-minute free consultation per matter to ensure we can assist with your matter. Please book this separately online. We welcome Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People, CALD and LGBTQI clients and specialise in complex situations and those including disability and complex physical and mental health issues. Should you need an interpreter please make arrangements or we can assist you with a referral (costs will be your own). We will send you a comprehensive information and preparation package including an agreement to mediate and fee schedule which must be signed by both parties. If we run out of time you can then we will make another day / time as appropriate. This fee will stand even if you choose to end the session earlier. The Mediator reserves the right to terminate sessions at any time, if the code of conduct is not adhered to, there is any threat to person or property or either party is not genuinely engaging in mediation, this is at the complete discretion of the Mediator. No refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
You need to provide at least 48 hours notice in order to cancel a booking and receive a credit on that booking. Non direct refunds are given and the credit will last for 6 months from the date of the original booking, rebooking is your responsibility and subject to availability.
